Hydrologist Predicts North Dakota Border Flooding

Steve Buan of the National Weather Service says that historically late spring flooding could occur in the Red River Valley.

Buan talked with Dave Lee on the WCCO Morning News Thursday.
The Weather Service is looking at rising river levels late this month into the first week of May.
