Minnesota Orchestra Season Officially Canceled
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- It's official. The rest of the Minnesota Orchestra season has been canceled. But the musicians could still play again this year.
The Orchestra canceled the final two weeks of the 2012-2013 season Wednesday, because of its continuing labor dispute.
But it also proposed new bargaining dates -- May 20 to 22 -- saying that if the negotiations succeeded, they could have a three-concert summer season.
The musicians union will respond to that request in the next couple days.
