DULUTH, Minn. (WCCO) – Volunteers are still needed for the 37th annual Grandma’s Marathon in Duluth. The marathon’s events will take place between June 20 -22.

About 1,000 volunteer positions are still needed for the marathon, which is in its 37th year. Duties include traffic and spectator control, medical help, entertainment, race packet distribution and assistance with finish line activities.

Individuals, large groups and service organizations are encouraged to help out. Volunteers will receive an official t-shirt, tickets for refreshments and an invite to a volunteer party at Grandma’s Sports Garden on June 30.
