Roseville Cops Look For Man Accused Of Parking Lot Sexual Assault

ROSEVILLE, Minn. (WCCO) – Roseville Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who is alleged to have sexually assaulted a woman in the Crossroads of Roseville Mall parking lot Saturday night.

According to authorities, the alleged assault occurred at approximately 8:20 p.m. when a man walked up to a 51-year-old woman who was putting items in her trunk.

The man allegedly grabbed her buttocks and then pushed her partially into the trunk while grinding his groin against her.

The assault ended when the woman began to kick the man.

The suspect is a white male who is approximately 40 years old. He's between 175 and 185 pounds and between 5-feet-9 and 5-feet-11-inches tall. He has brown hair, possible side burns, prescription glasses, baseball hat, t-shirt, beige shorts and tennis shoes.

He fled the parking lot in a dark colored 2-door small to midsize sedan.
