MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A Madison, Wis. man was arrested Saturday for his fourth DWI offense, according to authorities. However, this time, the man was traveling with a child.

Police said Ger Lee, 31, was arrested around 4:25 p.m. Saturday after police received a report of an erratic driver on Interstate 94 in Dunn County.

A trooper located the vehicle and determined Lee was under the influence. They saw a small child in the vehicle.

Lee was placed under arrest for DWI and also for reckless endangerment of a minor child.

He was also later found to be operating after revocation of a license and did not have a required ignition interlock on his vehicle.
