MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A controversial new book on women and leadership is topping best-seller lists and it’s got a lot of people talking.

It’s called “Lean In” and it’s written by the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook, Sheryl Sandberg. She advises women to “lean in” to their careers and ambitions instead of holding back because it might disrupt the work-life balance.

WCCO’s Amelia Santaniello talked with some successful women in the Twin Cities, including Marilyn Carlson Nelson, Sri Zaheer and Chief Janee Harteau, to get their thoughts.

To see their reactions, watch the report above!
