'Grumpy Old Men' House Goes On Sale

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP/WCCO) -- A St. Paul house featured in the movie "Grumpy Old Men" is up for sale.

The house's exteriors were used for the home of Jack Lemmon's character in the 1993 film.

The family who is selling the 1914 bungalow bought it in 2008 from the homeowner who rented the property to the film crew.

The house has two bedrooms, one bath and a view of Lake Phalen. It's listed for $195,000.

The St. Paul Pioneer Press reports more than 20 years after the film, fans are still interested in the house.

Realtor Shane Montoya says when he stopped in to put up the Keller Williams Realty sign some people asked to take a photo of the house.

Though the house is in St. Paul, the movie itself takes place in Wabasha, Minn.
