Cops: MN Man Loses 2 Fingers In Firework Explosion
OTTER TAIL COUNTY, Minn. (WCCO) -- A 25-year-old man from Dilworth, Minn., lost part of his hand in a firework explosion, authorities say.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office said Jason Holweger lost two fingers on his right hand at about 10:22 p.m. Friday in northwestern Minnesota. He was reloading a two-inch wide cannon-style firework when the charge detonated in his hand.
His current condition is not known.
