Augustus Misses Dream Game With Ankle Injury

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Minnesota guard Seimone Augustus will sit out Tuesday night's game against the Atlanta Dream while recovering from a sprained left ankle.

Augustus injured the ankle in Minnesota's 32-point win over Phoenix on Sunday.

Lynx coach Cheryl Reeve confirmed before Tuesday's game that her star wouldn't play.

Augustus, who is averaging 15.5 points per game for the Lynx this season, will join the team on their upcoming road trip to Indiana, Tulsa, San Antonio and Phoenix, but no timetable for her return to the court has been given.
