WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (WCCO) – The human remains found in Colorado are those of Leann Annie Meyer, the Minnesotan who had been missing since Feb. 7, 2013, authorities said.

The Park County Sheriff’s Office discovered the remains around 7 p.m. next to a cabin and through forensic analysis of evidence, the body was identified as Meyer’s.

Neither the manner or the cause of death have been determined yet, authorities said.

Meyer, 51, had last been seen in Wheat Ridge, a suburb of Denver, Colo. Her family lives in St. Peter.
