MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help after four men forced their way into a West Lakeland Township home.

When they arrived, the victim said that she had earlier responded to a knock on the door and saw two men wearing reflective utility vests, so she opened the door. The men then rushed in and bound her hands and feet with zip-ties.

During the course of the robbery, the victim noticed two additional men – at least two were wearing bandanas over their face. One suspect wore gloves and another brandished a black handgun.

The suspects took a safe along with jewelry and coins before fleeing, according to the sheriff’s office.
