5 Hurt In Stearns County Rollover Crash

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities said five teenagers were hurt Tuesday night in a rollover crash in Sauk Centre Township.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office responded to the crash at about 9:12 p.m. at the intersection of County Road 185 and 421st Street in Sauk Centre Township. Authorities say a 2000 Toyota Celica was headed eastbound on County Road 185 when it left the road and rolled over.

The driver and four passengers were transported to a local hospital, and one eventually had to be airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment.

Authorities identified the five teenagers involved in the crash as: Ethan Jeffery Ross, Luke Allen Balm, Travis Mitchell Reigel, Derrik Bjorn Pederson, and Austin Michael Moen. All are 18 years old and all are from Sauk Centre.

The Sauk Centre Police Department and Sauk Centre Fire assisted the Stearns County Sheriff's Office at the scene along with the Minnesota State Patrol.
