MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Minneapolis police say they arrested a suspect Sunday in connection to the March shooting that left a 48-year-old man fatally wounded on the city’s south side.

On March 4, officers responded to a shooting on the 2800 block of Cedar Avenue South. There, they found Frank Patterson, suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Crews brought Patterson to the Hennepin County Medical Center, where he died a short time later.

On Sunday night, officers investigating the case arrested 34-year-old Anthony London Foresta.

The case against Foresta will be forward to the county attorney’s office for possible charges.
