EDINA, Minn. (WCCO) – School is not back in session yet, but custodians had to be called in over the weekend to clean up a school in Edina after being hit by vandals.

Police said sometime overnight on Sunday, someone spray painted messages on the side of South View Middle School in Edina. Authorities said the graffiti referenced drugs and school staff members.

The Edina School District is looking at surveillance video to see if cameras caught the person or people who were involved in the incident. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Edina Police.
