Official: Experimental Aircraft Runs Off Flying Cloud Airport Runway

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (WCCO) — An experimental aircraft went off the north runway Tuesday night at Flying Cloud Airport in Eden Prairie, according to an official.

Melissa Scovronski Public Affairs Coordinator for the Metropolitan Airport Commission said no one was injured in the incident. She said the aircraft used the 28 left/north parallel runway and suffered minimal damage once it veered off.

Eden Prairie police and fire department responded to the incident.

WCCO has a crew en route to the scene.
