MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Fall football tailgating days are quickly approaching.

WCCO caught up with Stu, self-proclaimed king of the barbecue, who shares how to make the most out of your pre-game celebration.

And when it comes to safe temperatures, burgers need to be cooked at 160 degrees.
