MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – It’s Thursday, and that means it’s time to start planning some weekend fun! This weekend, you can head into fall with a few activities that will get you outdoors.

A Prairie Home Companion Annual Meatloaf Supper and Street Dance
Another beloved Minnesota festival takes place Saturday in St. Paul. It’s A Prairie Home Companion’s Annual Meatloaf Supper and Street Dance. It doesn’t get more Minnesotan than that! Listen to a live broadcast of the show, hear live music and dance the night away outside of Minnesota Public Radio’s studios. The fun is free, the food is $5.

Mid-Autumn Moon Lantern Festival
Celebrate Vietnamese fall harvest traditions at the Mid-Autumn Moon Lantern Festival. Head to Rice Park in downtown St. Paul on Sunday for this free festival. There will be storytelling, food, kid’s game and a parade. The festivities are topped off with a lantern lighting.

Minneapolis Bike Tour
Hop on the bike Sunday for the Minneapolis Bike Tour. This race isn’t a competition. It’s about riding for all ages and levels in Minneapolis’ beautiful parks. Courses are 14 or 36 miles with a party at the end.
