Workers Injured In Church Construction Accident

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- At least three workers were injured Friday in a construction accident at a northern Minnesota church.

It happened around 7:15 a.m. at Timberwood Church on Highway 371 in Nisswa. The workers were injured when rafters collapsed while they were inside the building.

The church is building a 21,000 square foot addition.

The workers' injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
