Crews Battle Fire At Northern Tier Energy Refinery

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Several crews are battling a fire at the Northern Tier Energy refinery in St. Paul Park, Minn., according to the Washington County Sheriff's Department.

A call came in around 11:30 a.m. regarding the fire at 201 Factory St., according to authorities.

Heavy black smoke was reported in the area, as officials worked to control the fire.
