Minnesota has an abundance of quality local brews. And the Land of 10,000 Suds also has plenty of fervent fans of their beloved beer.
From the Twin Cities staples like Surly and Summit, to greater Minnesota’s standout microbrews like Schell’s and Lift Bridge — there are dozens of downright tasty beers.
With some expert guidance courtesy of Michael Wagner of Four Firkins, we narrowed down the first round of voting based on the many different types of beers — from IPA to seasonal.
Now we need you to vote for the best beer from the top vote-getters of the first round. We’ve narrowed it down to the top 12 in each flavor category. Now we need you to vote for a final winner to take home the crown of Best Local Beer in Minnesota.
The winner will be declared — and aired — on Thursday night as part of Matt Brickman’s Best Of Minnesota segment on WCCO 4 News At 10.
