MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — It’s that time of year. Playoff season.

The game now is win or go home. And Friday night, Minnesota teams tasted both victory and defeat.

For our featured game, we sent David McCoy out to Edina to watch the Hornets take on Minnetonka. Earlier this season, Minnetonka was unbeaten and ranked second in class 6A. Then, they were upset by Edina. Friday night was the rematch.

Featured Game: Minnetonka Vs. Edina

Many other games were played Friday night — and not just in football. We had cameras at the following football games: Coon Rapids vs. Totino-Grace, Mounds View vs. White Bear Lake, Stillwater vs. Cretin-Derham Hall, Park vs. Eastview, Eagan vs. Lakeville South, Woodbury vs. Roseville, and Champlin vs. Osseo.

We also had photographers at the tennis finals.
