St. Paul Death Ruled Homicide, 2 Suspects In Custody

ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) – Police said a suspicious death in St. Paul on Tuesday has been determined a homicide and two suspects are in custody.

St. Paul Police responded to the 800 block of 4th Street East in St. Paul on Tuesday on a report of a body found. Authorities said a victim at the scene had suffered a gunshot wound.

Police said Wednesday the incident appears to be a homicide, and two people have been taken into custody in connection with the incident. Authorities have identified the suspects as Farachon Jones, a 24-year-old woman from St. Paul, and Kim Dumas, a 29-year-old man also from St. Paul.

Authorities have not released the name of the victim. The incident is still under investigation.
