ST. CLOUD, Minn. (WCCO) – A man was taken to the hospital after being struck by a school bus in St. Cloud Thursday morning.

The crash happened on the 600 block of Roosevelt Road just after 7 a.m., according to police.

A pedestrian was walking along the road, which runs parallel to County Road 75, when he was struck by the bus, which was not carrying any children at the time.

The man, who was not identified, was taken to St. Cloud Hospital by ambulance with “substantial injuries.”

Authorities said they’re still working to determine what caused the incident.
