Minn. Hockey Partners With Chevy Dealers

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Minnesota Hockey is teaming up with Select Heartland Chevy Dealers of Minnesota.

The partnership was announced Tuesday. With "The Drive for State powered by Chevy," Select Heartland Chevy Dealers will be the presenting partners of Minnesota youth hockey's region and state tournaments.

The 14 state tournaments will be held at 11 locations across Minnesota the weekend of March 14-16, to determine champions at the Youth, Girls and Junior Gold levels. The state tournament participants will come out of the region tournaments, being held across the state the weekend of Feb. 28-March 2.

In addition, Minnesota Chevrolet dealers will host several youth hockey clinics during the season.

Minnesota Hockey, a USA Hockey affiliate, is the governing body of youth hockey in Minnesota. The organization has over 67,000 registered players and coaches.
