MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – It’s almost Christmas, so here’s a gift: some interesting winter sports match-ups.

On Friday, we sent our David McCoy to Edina’s Braemar Arena, where the same four teams play every year in the Edina Classic.
Featured Game: Elk River Vs. Edina

We also had cameras at the following games: Grand Rapids vs. Eden Prairie (boys hockey); Moorhead vs. Benilde (boys hockey); Mahtomedi vs. South St. Paul (girls hockey); Hill Murray vs. Henry Sibley (girls’ hockey); Humboldt vs. Johnson (boys basketball); Prior Lake vs. Jefferson (boys basketball); and Park vs. Roseville (girls basketball).
