Fridley Apt. Catches On Fire For 2nd Time

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Firefighters had to return to a Fridley fourplex Sunday after it caught fire for the second time.

Last week, a shed fire spread to the apartment building, located on the 5400 block of 5th Street Northeast. Ten people were displaced.

Since then, no one has been allowed to stay in the building.

Then, on early Sunday evening, the fourplex caught on fire again. Authorities said the second fire was not a flare up.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
