Folks Have Fun On Too-Cold-For-School Day

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Minnesota’s largest school districts aren’t taking any chances with this bone-chilling cold.

Anoka-Hennepin, Minneapolis, and St. Paul Public Schools will all be closed again Tuesday.
