MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A warrant is out for the arrest of a 24-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in downtown St. Cloud last September.

The St. Cloud Police Department says Xavier Lamar Phillips-Freeman is wanted for first-degree sexual conduct stemming from an incident on Sept. 27, 2013. He allegedly assaulted a 33-year-old woman as she was walking downtown. He reportedly told the woman he had a gun, but she did not see it.

Phillips-Freeman is described as standing 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. He is pictured above.

Police did not mention how Phillips-Freeman came to be the suspect.
