MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A warrant is out for the arrest of a 24-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in downtown St. Cloud last September.

Phillips-Freeman is described as standing 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. He is pictured above.

Police did not mention how Phillips-Freeman came to be the suspect.
