Police Looking For Man Who Made Off With Backpacks Full Of Electronics

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- St. Paul police are asking for help finding the man who stole three backpacks full of electronics over the weekend.

Surveillance pictures show the robber, whom officials describe as standing 6 feet tall and having a tattoo on his neck.

Police say he tied up employees at the Radio Shack on Ford Parkway around 1:40 p.m. Sunday.
