MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – As we get ready for the weekend, we want to help you get ready, too. From antique snowmobiles to antique records, here some events you might want to check out this weekend.

Lake Harriet Winter Kite Festival
Dig out your kite and fly it on Lake Harriet this weekend. The Lake Harriet Winter Kite festival is Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. This is winter fun with strings attached.

Antique Snowmobile Rendezvous
Snowmobilers will flock to Pequot Lakes this weekend for the Antique Snowmobile rendezvous. Enjoy a vintage snowmobile show, trail riding, and campfire cooking. Events run all weekend.

MSP Music Expo
Coming out of the deep freeze, look for some deep tracks at the MSP Music Expo Sunday at Ramada Plaza in Minneapolis. The expo features dozens of dealers from throughout the Midwest selling tens of thousands of record albums, 45 RPM records, CDs and music memorabilia from the 1950s to today. Show hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $3 per person.
