Chefs from around the Twin Cities head to Kitchen in the Market at the Midtown Global Market to give us amateurs some tips on making delicious meals. They teach basic skills, techniques and emphasize recipes and cook times.
Chefs Night Off was created three years ago. People drink, cook and raise money for local charities. For students, the appeal is working with a rock star chef. Over the years, some of the Twin Cities best chefs have participated at Kitchen in the Market.
