MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The cost to get into the Minnesota State Fair this summer will be an extra buck.
According to the fair’s website, the general admission cost for adults this year will be $13.
The last time general admission prices went up was in 2011, when ticket prices were raised to $12 for adults and $10 for children ages 5 to 13.
This year, children’s tickets will cost $11, as will tickets for seniors age 65 and over.
Additionally, pre-fair discount tickets will be $10, which is also up $1 from before. The last time these ticket prices went up was in 2009.
