MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 21-year-old Amery, Wis. man is charged with driving under the influence after crashing his car with a 6-year-old boy inside.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, Andrew Graski was involved in a two-car crash Friday evening east of St. Croix Falls on Highway 65.

When a Polk County deputy and a state trooper responded to the scene, they noticed indications of marijuana use by Graski. After taking field sobriety tests, Graski was arrested.

The child was returned to his mother.

Graski was also charged with drug and paraphernalia possession. He has a previous DUI offense.

He is being held at the Polk County Jail.
