Police Seek Suspect In St. Cloud Homicide
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police in St. Cloud are asking for the public's help finding a suspect after a man was found dead last week in an apparent homicide.
The Benton County Sheriff's Office said the body of Jamie Wylie, from Foley, Minn., was found on March 25 on County Road 75 between Mayhew Lake Road and East St. Germain St. Investigators said it appears Wylie, 31, was shot to death and authorities have ruled his death a result of homicidal violence.
Wylie was reported missing in December after he left a friend's apartment.
The Benton County Sheriff's Office is investigating with assistance from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. Anyone with information about his death should call the sheriff's office at (320) 968-7201 or the Tri-County Crime Stoppers at (800) 255-1301.
