Target Field Preps For Twins Home Opener
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Warmer weather means spring, and spring means Twins baseball.
The team is back at Target Field Monday for the home opener.
Crews spent the day Saturday getting the field ready.
With the snow being cleared Friday and the grass drying out, they were able to paint all the "Opening Series" logos on the grass Saturday.
They'll also mow the striped pattern into the outfield.
The Twins take on the Oakland Athletics 3 p.m. Monday.
