HCMC Planning To Expand With New, 322,000-Square-Foot Clinic
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Hennepin County Medical Center is growing to meet the demand for more outpatient care.
The Hennepin County Board approved $10 million to buy property right across from the emergency room, on 8th Street South, between Park and Chicago avenues.
The new 322,000-square-foot clinic will include primary care and outpatient surgery facilities.
It is expected to open in 2016.
