MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Those who thought we were in the clear after getting through the home opener haven’t been living in Minnesota very long.
Though May is just a few short days away, a wintry mix has brought snowflakes deep into what should be springtime in Minnesota, and is to blame for another game postponement at Target Field.
The Minnesota Twins announced Tuesday night’s game against the Los Angeles Dodgers, which was scheduled for 7:10 p.m., is postponed due to inclement weather.
The game is scheduled to be made up on Thursday, May 1 at 6:10 p.m.
With Thursday’s already scheduled day game at 12:10 p.m., that means another double header thanks to Old Man Winter’s extended stay.
