3 Adults, 3 Children Injured In Cass County Crash

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Three adults and three children were hurt Sunday when a vehicle went off the road in northern Minnesota and crashed into trees, according to the Cass County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities responded to the accident at about 2:27 p.m. on County Road 125 in Kego Township. When officers arrived, a vehicle had been traveling southbound when it left the road and crashed into trees. Authorities said the driver, a 32-year-old man from Remer, Minn., was taken to Brainerd Hospital.

One adult had to be airlifted to a hospital, a juvenile female was airlifted to North Memorial Medical Center and three others were treated for injuries at the scene. The Cass County Sheriff's Office said what led up to the crash is still under investigation.
