Man Found Shot In The Back Near DT Mpls.
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minneapolis Police are investigating a shooting early Saturday morning near downtown.
Police received reports of shots fired in the area of 15th Street and LaSalle Avenue at about midnight.
Officers found a man laying in the street near 14th Street and Nicollet Avenue. The victim was shot in the back and had walked to a nearby business for help.
The man's identity has not been released. He was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment.
Police are investigating.
