Fire Damages Home In Edina, No Injuries

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities said nobody was hurt after a home caught fire in Edina early Thursday.

Crews were called to the 6400 block of West Short Drive on a report of a fire. Smoke could be seen from the area of Highways 62 and 100. When authorities arrived, a fire had started in the garage at the home and crews were able to put it out quickly.

Fire officials said nobody was hurt in the blaze and there were no injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
