Teen Found Unresponsive In Lyon County

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A teenager was found unresponsive in Lyon County Monday night.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office and EMS responded to a call of an unresponsive teenager on the 100 block of Sherman Street in Garvin, Minn.

Officials said the teenager was pronounced dead at the scene.

The teenager's body was transported to Ramsey County for an autopsy.

Officials are still investigating.
