Xcel Announces Usher, Maroon 5 Concerts

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Concertgoers with a taste for judges from the reality TV competition show "The Voice" will have two reasons to book tickets at the Xcel Energy Center this winter.

The venue announced that Usher will be performing a concert on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at 7:30 p.m, with opening acts August Alsina and DJ Cassidy. Usher is most famous for his hit songs "You Make Me Wanna," "Nice & Slow," "Yeah!," "Love in This Club," and "OMG."

Tickets will be available for the show on Monday, Sept. 15 and will range in prices from $37.50 through $152.50.

Next year, Xcel will also be hosting a concert by Adam Levine's band Maroon 5, along with Magic! and Rozzi Crane. That concert will be held on Monday, March 23 at 7:30 p.m., with tickets going on sale on Saturday, Sept. 13.

Maroon 5 are best known for "This Love," "Makes Me Wonder," and "Moves Like Jagger."
