This Olympic gold medal winner has managed the Chicago White Sox since 2011. Ventura's also the recipient of six Golden Glove awards and is a two-time All Star. 1988 was a big year for Ventura. Besides taking the gold in the Seoul Olympics, he also won the Golden Spikes Award and the Dick Howser Trophy.
