WCCO This Morning Team's Gopher Bowl Game Treats

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The three University of Minnesota graduates -- Jamie Yuccas, Kim Johnson and Ali Lucia of the WCCO This Morning team -- served some bowl treats for viewers this first day of 2015.

The Gophers face Missouri at noon in the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl. Here's recipes for a few tasty treats they've prepared for the big game.

Buffalo Chicken Dip/Jamie's Recipe

Ingredients:
2 (10 oz.) cans of canned chicken
2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
¾ cup pepper sauce
1 ½ cups of shredded cheese
1 bunch of celery
1 box of crackers, chips

Directions: Heat chicken and hot sauce over medium heat. Stir cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, then transfer into a crock pot of slow cooker. Sprinkle any left-over cheese on top.

Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings/Kim's Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 bag chicken wings
Soy sauce
Lemon Pepper
Garlic salt

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line your baking dish or sheet with foil. While oven is preheating, rinse chicken wings and lay on paper towel to drain excess water. Sprinkle soy sauce, lemon pepper and garlic salt on wings (both sides).Place wings into baking dish or baking sheet. Bake wings for 25 minutes on each side until golden brown and until the skin is crisp. You can turn on the broiler to crisp wings.

Maroon & Gold Martini's/Ali's Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups vodka
1 cup orange liqueur
1 cup pomegranate juice
2 pomegranates
2 lemons
Fresh squeezed lemon
1 cup pomegranate seeds

Directions: Combine vodka, orange liquer, pomegranate juice in pitcher. Refrigerate until ready. To make more of a mixed drink add more pomegranate juice and sprite. Pour mixture into martini glasss with a spoonful of pomegranate seeds.

Garnish: mango and/or lemon

Maroon and Gold Cheese Tray/Ashley's Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 Lb of your favorite Yellow Cheeses
1 Lb of Pepperoni

Directions: Cut and place nicely on a dish
