Ski, Snowboard Season In Full Swing At Afton Alps

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Ski and snowboarding season is in full swing at Afton Alps.

The hill is open, with 300 skiable acres, 50 trails, 18 lifts and four terrain parks.

And there's plenty of snow!

If you haven't been to Afton Alps in the last few years, you have to check out the renovation that was done just over a year ago in 2013.

It's nestled in the St. Croix River valley, just outside of Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Afton Alps is open Saturday from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m.

A weekend day pass is $49 with discounts for children and seniors.
