Fargo Father Charged In Death Of 2-Month-Old Daughter
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Fargo man is accused of falling asleep and smothering his 2-month-old daughter after a night of drinking last summer.
KFGO radio reports that authorities have charged 30-year-old Nicholas Desjarlais with negligent homicide. The felony charge carries a maximum punishment of five years in prison.
Court documents do not list an attorney for Desjarlais, and a telephone listing for him could not be found.
