State Patrol: 1 Dead In Wadena Co. Head-On Crash
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One person is dead after a head-on crash in Wadena County Saturday morning.
The Minnesota State Patrol says the accident happened at about 11:25 a.m. on Highway 71 near Wadena.
According to the accident report, Jozi A. Szathmary, 37, of Minneapolis was heading north when her car crossed into the southbound lane and collided with a tractor trailer.
Szathmary was deceased when authorities arrived, but the driver of the tractor trailer suffered no apparent injuries.
