Lynx Sign Draft Picks Reshanda Gray, Shae Kelley

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Lynx announced Monday they've signed second round pick Reshanda Gray.

The Lynx selected Gray with the 16th overall pick in this year's WNBA Draft. Gray is a 6 foot, 3 inch forward who played at California. She was selected the Pac-12 Player of the Year and was also named a Wade Trophy and Wooden Award finalist.

She averaged 17.4 points and 7.1 rebounds per game while ranking 12th nationally in field goal percentage. She finished the season fourth in the league in scoring and 10th in rebounding.

The Lynx also announced Monday they've signed third-round draft pick Shae Kelley out of the University of Minnesota. She was taken with the 35th overall pick. The 6 foot, 1 inch forward was an All-Big Ten first team pick and was sixth in the league in scoring, offensive rebounds and double-doubles. She was also seventh in defensive rebounds.

The Lynx host their first preseason game against the New York Liberty at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 1, at Target Center.
