1 Killed In Fiery St. Paul Crash
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One person is dead after their truck veered into a ditch, struck several trees and started on fire Friday afternoon.
University of Minnesota police say the accident happened at about 2:45 p.m. on Cleveland Avenue near Larpenteur Avenue.
The identity of the driver has not been released. No one else was injured in the accident.
Cleveland Avenue was closed for about three hours after the crash.
The St. Paul and Falcon Heights fire departments and the Minnesota State Patrol assisted at the scene.
UMPD are investigating.
