1 Dead After Stabbing Near Minneapolis Institute Of Arts

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - One person is dead Wednesday after being stabbed a couple blocks north of the Minneapolis Institute of Arts.

Police arrived at the 2100 block of 3rd Avenue South shortly before 5 p.m.

The person was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center, but died by the time they arrived.

Police interviewed witnesses but did not immediately find a suspect.

It is not believed to be a random stabbing.
